If, however, you are unable to deal with any difficulty through her and her team, and you wish to make a formal complaint then, in our view, it is best if it is made in writing and addressed to Hayley Simmons. She will then follow the Complaints Handling Procedure, a copy of which will be supplied on request. We undertake to look into any complaints promptly and to do what we can to resolve the position. If you are still not satisfied with the response you may take the matter up with the IP complaints department. Your complaint should be made to the Insolvency Complaints Gateway by visiting their website https://www.gov.uk/complain-about-insolvency-practitioner and completing and submitting their online form.
